About Us

Wanda Griffiths

City and rural life have both played a part in my background history. Being raised in Northern Ontario and living on the Canadian Shield, climbing and exploring rocky terrains as a child was an adventure. As as young adult, the opportunity arouse to live Canada's Arctic, where there I experienced a taste of the real north. As an airline employee I traveled extensively and began to see and appreciate art in many different forms and mediums while visiting countries around the world. My interest in it grew and I began to take it on. It gave me a great outlet and to be able to put paint to paper fulfilled a life long dream. "My passion and dream has always been to record through my art, those places and times that have offered unique moments in my life". I continuously strive to reflect these experiences in my art.  For the last 25 years living in Vancouver, life is now experienced on a more cosmopolitan level. As a juried artist and former gallery owner I can now  pass along to students painting lessons in a free and relaxed supported environment. This gives me great joy.

Murray Uncyk

Mini-Fireplaces

Shapes, colour and luminosity in glass have intrigued this Vancouver BC Canada artist from an early age. Murray works with an illustrious array of colourful stained glass pieces and metal forms to create artistic lighted wall pieces for the modern home, commercial space, restaurant dining areas, as well as for country cottage retreats. These pieces are synonymous with a minimalist modern sophisticated decor and design and yet can be used in areas in a country home to create a radiant, peaceful and calming aura much like a fireplace. They are handmade and each tailored for each owner's individual taste.

Castaway Driftwood Mirrors

Being a real life captain on the Seychelle Islands in his youth, Murray found interest in the beach world he lived in. Continuing with this theme and his love of the sea he collects unique pieces of driftwood and fashions frames to mirrors which become unique art pieces for his clients. These pieces reside in many homes all over the world for the owners to enjoy and talk about.
